Since 1995, Masterpiece Ice Cream has been serving the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. Our fresh made waffle cones have become our trademark! That smell travels through a crowd and people just follow their noses to find us. We started out just doing Art and Craft Festivals and now have gotten into Corporate Picnics, Catering, Community Events and Music Festivals.

History of the Waffle Cone
The first public sale of ice cream occurred in Paris at the Café Procope in 1670. In 1904, St. Louis was the birthplace of what became known as the ice cream cone. It was invented at the world's fair there, the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, supposedly when a vendor of ice cream ran out of their cups and they filled the edible ones made by a pastry shop next door.
